Health Card Benefits
- Benefit Changes: Health Prio reserves the right to modify the benefits of the health card at any time. We do not claim to provide 100% free treatment, pathology, diagnostic services, or medicines. All services available through our platform are offered at discounted prices.
- Service Providers: The vendors and service providers for the health card benefits may change at any time. Additionally, the prices of services may be adjusted by our vendors without prior notice.
- Membership Duration: The health card benefits are valid for one year from the date of membership. After this period, the membership must be renewed to continue receiving benefits.
Refunds
- Refunds for Health Cards: Once purchased, health cards are non-refundable. Please ensure that you review the terms and benefits of the health card before completing your purchase.
Exclusions
- Products that are found to be damaged due to improper use, handling, or installation by the customer will not be eligible for replacement.
